Cancellation Policy
At Sculpt Method, we value your time — and ours. To ensure every client receives the best experience possible, we kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations follow the guidelines below: ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. 💳 Deposits • All appointments require a $25 or 25% deposit at booking. • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if changes are made at least 24 hours before your original time. 🚫 No-Shows & Late Cancellations (Without Deposit) • If no deposit was placed and a client fails to show or cancels within 24 hours, a $25 late-cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. • This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. 🤍 Courtesy & Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you while respecting other clients’ time and scheduled sessions.
